Active Boron™

Active Boron™ is a foliar-applied boron fertiliser solution that can alleviate boron deficiencies in crops.

Description

The boron in Active Boron™ supports photosynthesis and sugar translocation, root and root nodule growth, pollen tube length, flower, seed and fruit development.

When to Use

As indicated by soil analysis, throughout the growing cycle and particularly in the reproductive phase. Boron is not mobile within the plant, so must be continuously available, although in small amounts. Too much boron in the soil is harmful, so soil analysis testing is necessary. Amounts needed may vary by crop.

For the best results, use the complete line of recommended Active AgriScience™ products for your crop.

Benefits

Boron is essential for strong, healthy growth, particularly at and beyond the pollination phase. It supports photosynthesis and sugar translocation, root and root nodule growth, pollen tube length, flower, seed and fruit development.

Although micronutrients are needed in smaller quantities than primary and secondary nutrients, they are essential for strong, healthy growth and high yields. Insufficiency of micronutrients in the soil can limit growth, even when all other nutrients are present in adequate amounts. Active Boron™ is a foliar applied micronutrient for fast correction of micronutrient deficiencies. Also for use in blended fertilisers.

Active Boron Supports:

  • Photosynthesis and sugar translocation
  • Root and root nodule growth
  • Pollen tube length
  • Flower, seed and fruit development
